yeah, video games go with anime hand in hand. I know people who play video games and dont watch anime but I have yet to discover a person who watches anime and doesnt play video games. :mrgreen:
Me, me, me. I watch anime and don't really play video games anymore. We have all the game systems and my little brother's always buying new games, but I really don't have the patience to deal with them anymore. I used to like the good old days when I'd pick up my nintendo controller and there were 2 buttons to learn. Now, I pick up a game and I need to learn how to crouch and how to pull up the sights on my sniper rifle, and . . . . you get the point. I only play sports games now. Although I do still play Madden for at least 7-10 hours a week.
if you think controls are hard, try steel batalion!!! that controller has oh, I think 40 buttons, one being an edject button with lightup case, two anolog sticks, 5 switches and three pedals!!!!!!!!! 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O incredibly complicated but also very fun :mrgreen:
You should make a video game topic and move your video game discussion there.
yeah, you could do that since you are a moderator of the section, better yet, do you think you could get a word to JJ about maybe starting a video game disscussion since most of the users here also like video games, proof of that is in the dvd trading where a handful of people have games up for trade and disscussion here..... or you admins could put up a poll to see how many users would be in favor of that.

I'll talk to JJ about adding a video game forum, I'm sure it won't be a problem. Man, I have watched so much anime this week.. I had wednesday off, and I pretty much watched anime from 7 AM or so when I woke up till after 10 PM.. Lessee.. I watched all of Love Hina, all of Angelic Layer, And I'm halfway through love hina final collection, or whatever it's called.. the first disc was just a summary of most of the TV show.. Pretty useless to anyone who's seen the series.. Subs weren't bad but weren't as good as the MAC TV set. I'm gonna watch the second disc today, I believe most of it is a live concert. Angelic Layer was decent.. I bought the MI boxes. the first one has much better subs than the second box.. The 2nd box has the names all messed up and a fair amount of engrish, though it isn't as bad as I thought it would be, because after having watched the entire first box, I knew all the names anyway.. If it had been the other way around with the first set having bad subs it would have been much less fun. I really enjoyed the show, but then again, I enjoy most of CLAMP's work, so that didn't come as any surprise. Love Hina was fun as well, although it was a bit of a letdown, mostly because I had just finished watching Maison Ikkoku and I think it'll be hard for anything to stand up to that one. Hmm, what else. I watched the Card Captor Sakura movie this morning, which was cute. I'll watch the second movie today as well, and will most likely also start Love Hina Again. yay! It should be a fun anime weekend. =)
nice, this site could use a section for video games, there must have been a ton of video game threads already in general babble, so it would be very usefull to have a section to put that stuff and much more. :mrgreen:

somehow I have never gotten into love hina, I have come close to buying it numorous times in the form of anime and manga but I always got something else. Romance anime really isnt my thing but I should give love hina a shot one of these days.
The manga is alot better. I really liked the anime also but if you read the manga first then watch the anime you'll think its garbage compared to the manga.
