We started on August 8th lst year. We end on June 9th this year. We start on August 18 next year. It is becaus eof the snow days we had to have, because of crumby weather...I think so at least.

KA-TA the military is off it's rocker at the moment. The current weight mang. is down and out right dumb. I run the 1.5 mile in 12mins and 12 secs weigh 178lbs and am 6 Feet tall. I scored 97 points (helps that I have a waist of 32 inches) but compared to the Fire Fighter fitness program the Air Force is a joke. I hope you achivied your fitness goals in Iraq though.

Kristym22 - am I missing something from your last picture you look like you lost all the weight you need too. But as long as you are losing weight in a healthy way I won't rain on your parade. Hell who am I to judge, but damn you look great to me...

Andromeda18 - Girl you have the right attitude. Eat healthy, exercise, and be happy with the skin you are in.

I tell you guys there is nothing worse than waiting till you are hugh then working to lose the weight. Because then you might have to get surgery just to lose the extra skin. MAn that is the worst...

You seem to be in very good shape. A 32'' waist is great for a man, your 178lbs must be mostly made up of muscle, not fat, and that's great.

You know, I think you're right about Kristym22, in the last picture she posted she looks quite thinner than in the previous ones. There's no need for her to lose 15lbs like she wants to.

That is so true! Losing 4/6 pounds is easy but losing 30 or more isn't.
