A very large percentage of bar patrons are also smokers.
If people don't want smoking in bars then they should look to finding ways to make an incentive for bar owners rather than just making it illegal.
I heard there was a loophole to the law, supposedly you can still smoke in members clubs so bars and clubs have people outside selling 1 year membership to their places for like one dollar and you can smoke in thoses places.
