Always in need of a new toy or thing.Im making some laser etched products.(although ill be getting psp games over the next week as well)
Anyway.I owe dad and jo alota presents.From their birthdays wedding and christmas.SO ive been in touch with a laser etcher and im looking at putting the vectored boat i drew onto them.(taken from an image of my fathers boat)

Originally i was going to do something like this on a 3.5 inch coaster made of clear acrillic so that only the shaded areas are frosted.The writing and white area suurounding the boat would be see through.After getting in touch with them they tell me they can order in marble coasters and etch on to them.That sounds even better.very classy.Although it would be a completly different look.I would have to put the words in etching and something like a line going around only on the inside of the boarder. What do you recon.
Thats only the first part of their gift though.I am thinking of making them a wall panel as well.Kinda like a vertical serries of pics that glow a different colour.Im not sure what to use for pics.A pic of all three brothers would probably do the trick. (ooohhhhhhh how sweet)
These would be done with clear acrilic.with the etching on so they are semi transparent when not lit.

And finally a single frame

This one has a simple base and the image is suspended in the air.Kinda like magic.
What do you think?any suggestions?

Oh guys, she's available... but then I don't know if she'll have any time for you, she works 40 hours a week, takes classes at school and barely has time to watch anime... she does come with quite a collection of anime though... laugh... and online relations aren't all they are cracked up to be... laugh.. so anybody close to Central Illiois??

Man... do I sound desperate? Nahhh.... she's too shy to be forward, and besides, I like having her home with me, if she has a boyfriend, I won't get to see her much, or watch anime with her all the time... or go shopping either....laugh... and if she moves out, she's taking half the anime with her!!! :eek:

I just finishes reading alittle bit from Bungie's website that talks about doing a LA halo movie have restarted recently due to the popularity of Halo 2 sales wise. Personally I am not thrilled about seeing a Halo movie. With all the box office bombs that were video games that have come out I would much rather see a third game in the series before seeing a movie. I see anyway the first choice as dirctor of the film James Cameron turned Bungie down and negotialtions were in progress with other name directors curently. What is you guys and gals take on this?

I just searched on MAC's website and I just found out that they are now releasing anime soundtracks. The thing that catches my attention the most was the FFX and FFX-2 soundtrack. Here is the link if you want to check it out. They don't have a lot released yet lol. I think it is neat because I think they are doing soundtracks in either single dvd cases or gatefolds ^.^
