Gunner, kindly post your explanation in this thread and resolve this situation. Let's get this problem resolved within a week. If we're not getting all the info, let's hear it. We've never has an unresolved bad trade here on the board. Let's not start now. I'm not gonna make any threats but I'm sure you know that there'll be consequences if this doesn't get taken care of. This isn't a flame thread so don't turn it into one.

I just got a message from him stating that the package was mailed out tuesday, and should be here tommorow (thursday)
I dont think gunner was trying to screw me or anything, I just think that he was lazy about it....hopefully it will come by friday and this situation will be over with

NYX is on active duty in the US marines, Blaze. He's not really available to be hired. I'm not sure how the whole mail fraud thing works but I suppose you could look into it. You could try posting in arcticnightfall and asking for some advice as well, as that's where your trade was. Maybe one of the mods can help put some pressure on that guy.

Looks like I'm out of luck. I didn't want to openly post about it in the Arctic trade forum, I'm not one to handle things that way, but I'm done giving this dude the benefit of the doubt. Even though he wrote me a few times in the past saying this and that, it doesn't mean sh*t when I don't get the DVDs right?

no package recieved today (Priority mail would have a tought time if it was sent out tuesday).....I'm out of town tommorow so on Monday I'll post the follow up...I should have it by then

blaze, shady has been travelling all around europe for quite some time. I'm not sure if he's back since I've been so busy at work.. Used to see him all the time on IRC. I'm pretty sure he's still not fully back from vacationing. You may want to try another mod?

Got my package from Gunner today. My Chobits case (the plastic part) was torn up
, and it was missing the Excel Saga DVD-Rs (there was an X DVD in there that didnt seem to work).
But package was recieved, guess the trades done. Thanks

Not sure this is the right place to put this because it involve DVD-R, but I figure a bad trade is still a bad trade

Like i said around the end of May I made trade with leon where i would sent him 18 DVDr for his Robotech Macross saga. And I would sent it first. After he got them he said he can't get them to play on his sstandalone or his DVD-ROM. I said ok and told him to just sent the disc back. That was in the middle of June and this is the Start and I still haven't gotten the disc back.
Last time he answer his Email he said he was too busy with work to sent it back. He has now stop answer Emails althogether.

Just dropped by for a bit - can't believe this site has grown so big, thrivin and surviving baby. One of the things that made this site awesome was the community that supported it. Without them, this place would be nothing, and the same likewise. JJ's provided a real genuine avenue for us to barter, share, rave trade and rant about anime yonder. Its a shame that I still see certain ugly elements that prey and leech onto friendly otaku's...
