Ok I'm shocked to see some of these people's worst made it to my top 20 list, but oh well to each their own. Now I have seen some top rated shit in my 20+ years of watching anime, here are some I can remember off the bat, I'm not being an ass so I'm not including any Hentai, that should be in a category by itself:

I own all the R1 dvds of DBZ(uncut) ahahaa i really dont know why i liked it but i dont any more ... my reason is i think after dragonball dragonball z got pointless.... i mean omg.... same plot over and over but i love toriyamas works like kajika,cowa,neko majin z,dr.slump and some more but dragon ball is stupid and to say well ive only read shonen jump up to americas issue of 12 and only seen naruto episodes 1-34 to me currently there is a point and One Piece is the best ever ..its funny,serious...uhmm and its got a point ... luffy wants to be the pirate king ... lol but it may get bad too as of now ive only seen the first 60 episodes ...but i suppose i could take DBZ off the worst

It sucks that hunter x hunter and shaman king ended early lol... because they could of helped togashi out in the manga(i mean show the anime how it should of looked while togashi was sick) and Shaman King just sucks that it ended early...thats all my list i mean i have more that i like and dislike but not worst and bests ....

I'm surprised to see you list a movie as one of the worst because it is sad.
I'm always impressed by movies that are able to stir any of my emotions including sadness. I tend not to watch the sad ones too often because I'd rather be in an upbeat mood but sometimes it's good to watch a downer of a movie.
One thing that all movies I consider to be bad have in common is the fact that they don't stir any emotion in me at all. The movies where I find it very easy to wander off and do something else or even fall asleep are the ones that move to the bottom of my list.
Again, I'm curious to find out what it is about Lain that people keep including it on their worst movie list. The whole series had me wanting to watch the next episode if only to get some clue as to what was happening at the time.
Oh yeah... I also want to add another movie to my worst of all time list Ninja Ressurection was packaged like it should have been a sequel to Ninja Scroll (which is one of my all time favourite movies) and ended up being a boring story with really low quality animation. I want my two hours back!!!

Worst:
Bio Hunter - they had the cheek to leave the ending kind of open so it could be continued... if they did any more of this feature i would consider sueing.
Sailor Victory - totally pointless.
Night on the Galactic Railroad - totally incoherent and pointless, but it could be the condensing into movie form by the usa company that did this.
Worst for being in genres i don't enjoy:
Utena - what on earth was this about? ¬_¬
Sailor Moon - Dear god that is an insult to girls.
The english voice actress for the lead role gives me a headache.
Lain - pardon?
Bebop - just not my thing. I can't understand the appeal of it at all.
Gundam - Was too complex for my brain.

I agree with some of the choices...Ninja Resurrection and BioHunter were utter CRAP!
Also, one anime that is WAY overrated is Kite :o

I think I can answer this one for the kak...
It's when new people come running into the room shouting out unsupported opinions with poor grammar.
If you read through most of the posts from members who have been active for a while, you will notice that they DON'T YELL very often and they use reasonable grammar in their posts.
If you say DBZ sucks so hard, then back it up with why it sucks (although I'm not going to argue the point).
Anyhow... welcome to the forum. It's usually nice to have a new opinion about things in the house. Just calm down a bit so you don't mess up the furniture when you're ranting around here.

I love seeing newbies that have only seen 10 shows have a top 5 worst and a top 5 best. AND if you say DBZ sucks and One Piece is awsome then you are contradicting yourself. One Piece and DBZ are the same thing...Heck the guy that made One Piece is the Biggest Fan Of DBZ!!!
