One giant leap for Shibo.

I bought Jennifer DDR sometime around Xmas last year but I never bothered playing. I decided that I was too big to be stomping around on her dance mat and that I'd prolly screw it up.

Well, anyway, now that I've lost some poundage I decided that I'd actually try it, and finally today I managed to get an "A" on the big 4 songs in this version.. On easy in workout mode. I'm playing the original game so those songs are Afro Nova and the 3 versions of Paranoia. So now that I've gotten A's on those as well as every other song in easy, I get to move on to Intermediate mode, which I guess is like normal game mode only with all the 1/8 notes removed, heh. Ah well. I still suck, but I suck less now. If I can manage to score A's in all the intermediate songs I'll move on to normal. I scored A's on Have You Never Been Mellow and Boom Boom Dollar before I decided that I was done for today. So this new project of mine of not toally sucking at DDR should take me a while.. But it's fun. Maybe I'll actually get more fit in the process. Here's hoping!

I am absolutely dying to see this show. I downloaded the first episode to wet my appetite and I've only been hearing good things about this show. I'm holding out for an HK gatefold, but I don't know how much longer I can last! Anyone have an estimate on when this show will finish it's run?

Saw it on a commercial a little while ago and forgot to post. They were playing the advance line-ups and for August they had Blue Gender listed. Anybody heard about this? Would be pretty cool, because I've been thinking about getting Blue Gender so I'd like to see it first.

I collect them. My favorite has always been party Night from Di Gi Charat, but Kiss Kara Hajimaru Miracle from Steel Angel Kurumi is pretty damn bouncy, as is Fruits Candy from Card Captor Sakura. Sakura Saku from Love Hina is pretty bouncy.. Anybody have any suggestions for more bouncy happy anime songs for my MP3 collection? I'm currently listening to a wonderfully insane song, Tamago from Dragon Half. =)

I am using Norton Internet Security 2003. If I have it enabled then all the small studio graphics, rating stars have a small red and white graphic that says LEECH. Why is this happening? If I disable the program and refresh it goes back to normal. Is there some sort of Proxy block on the site?

I think my title sums this up. There is going to be a fairly large anime section to the show along with the comic books and toys. They are even having a cosplay contest that I'm thinking of entering. I've been looking for the excuse to grab a green jacket, yellow tie and a black shirt for a while.

If anyone else is going, it would be great to meet up so I can put a person to the name.

I'm driving down from Hamilton, Ontario on the Friday and will attend the con on the Saturday and go home on Sunday.

Oh yeah... the US voice actors for Picolo and Kid Trunks are going to be signing at the con too... yippee... i can hardly contain myself... yawn...
