FX seems to get quality anime subs etc. They take longer to release and i'm guessing because its an R1 rip....i dont know much to make a good guess.

Is this company something this site knows of....i think i heard something a while back the FX is a company that started out in the recent years and i dont know if its this site or another that said they were responsible for getting it started.

does anyone know? I just get the impression its the people responsible for this site and if that is true then great.

Is the eva that just came on FX the remastered new version that I read about in Newtype about 6 months ago ? I just cannot find a good review any where on this title that gives me the facts, and is there any extras on the set- like the new version with how they made it -- etc. thanks in advance

Sorry for all the newbie questions. I have a store here that gets all the HK dvds and usually i could tell by looking at a picture which company did the subs. The logo was usually there.

now when i look there is no logo most of the time. In fact when i look at the reviews here sometimes i go by the picture on the cover...however even that is no help to me since some companies use the same cover pic.

On E Bay its very tough to tell.

can anyone give some pointers. Safest way is to order here since i can specifically ask for the company i want. But just in case things arent available here, how can you really tell?

i really like Naruto and bought box set part one and two. Obviously not the same company since the last episodes of box set one are the first episodes of boxset 2.

I can find the logo on these box sets so i cant tell which manufactured it or if it was ripped from another company. All i know is box set one had good subtitles and 2 was pretty bad.

Are there any box sets coming up soon? I left off at episode 34 or 35.

Also i see that there are a few of the dvd's at are released as on disc instead of the set. Since not many are reviewed i figured i'd ask here. How are the subs for part 6 on....

any help would be appreciated,

Question - has anyone seen the twelve kingdoms series-Im curious if it is a s good as the screen shots Ive seen. I have not been following it so im not sure if it has been fully released in japan to have a good rip of it yet. I really hate TV captures but I love subtitles so waiting for the dub is kinda foolish in my opinion- which version of it is the best ?

Well I'm off to Chicago in a week and I was wondering if there was any cool anime shops that are worth checking out?? Any place to get good HK stuff too?? Looking for wall scrolls, dvd's, shirts....

My pages keep locking up. Every time I open a page it locks up and I have to use the task manager to gat rid of it. Even if it's a place I go to all the time like here. WTF?
