  DBGT Lost Episodes
Posted by: darkanx - 05-05-2004, 11:48 AM - Forum: Anime Discussion - Replies (6)

A quick note to those who were concerned about the missing episodes of DBGT (and are gluttons for punishment). On 7/13/04 Funi will put out the first volume of the missing episodes. Yes, now those special few, like my roomie, can experiance the full horror of this terrible tv series.

Enjoy.

  FX Update

More FX titles restocked, nothing special to note, except:

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, please read the FAQ and Don't Neglect to add extra $4 dollars for International Shipping Fee, I pay enough money for shipping out of my own pocket, charging flat rate, so I am simply refunding orders with no extra shipping fee added.

  On the MOVE!!
Posted by: Ka-Talliya - 05-04-2004, 11:10 PM - Forum: General Babble - Replies (40)

Well, I'm sitting at my desk at work...which isn't really my desk anymore. They made me move out of my desk this morning!Sad So, I'm deskless. I'm glad to be about 4 weeks away from leaving though!!
I've loved being on Okinawa and I have completely enjoyed my time here. I will be fairly absent, seeing as we are packing up and getting ready for that wonderfully long plane ride over the Pacific!!

For those of you who don't know, Schultz, Evelyn and I are coming back to the States after 3+ years of being on Okinawa. We are being stationed at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.
Wink There is a Con in New Orleans in December!Wink
So, JJ, when are you coming to visit?

Posted by: casshan83 - 05-04-2004, 10:33 PM - Forum: General Babble - Replies (2)

i can say ever since i played street fighter 2 at the arcade 10+ years ago it has always been a dream of mine to actually own one.

ive had it for about 8 months now so far in that time period i had to order a new power supply change the fuse and order a few buttons. now after all that the machine works perfectly!

anyway i changed the dipswitch's to enable free play and change the diffuctly to level 8 it was on 4 but its way too easy to beat the game..

i have got 2 new games for it!!1

wrestlefest 4 player version
and
bad dudes dragon ninja

i pid 300 for the machine and 20 for wrestle festle and 10 for bad dudes i got a sweet deal on those games!!!

but since getting the games i want even more now i am greedyBig Grin

anyway does anyone here own an arcade machine??

the worst way for a seller to send mail is?
Posted by: casshan83 - 05-04-2004, 06:18 PM - Forum: General Babble - Replies (6)

ive ordered many times online but the past 2 times the sellers have mailed something with delievry confirmation using the DREADED electronically notified option.

i am gonna make a rule to myself to never buy from a person who electronically notifies the usps with that crap to me its the worst possible to do..

i have 2 problems with it.

1. the package is NOT ALL trackable even using the USPS track and confirm number i say its total BS.

2.accordring to the USPS only the SELLER who mailed the package has the option to track the package which is also BS..

well there you have it if only the sellers would just get off their lazy ass and go to the PO and let them scan the friggin thing it would be ok but no theyre too lazy to do that instead they would rather fax it email or however they do it electronically???.............

so what's the deal with funimation?
Posted by: buffgod - 05-04-2004, 05:04 PM - Forum: Anime Discussion - Replies (20)

If funimation are such decievious bastards about their anime practices why are they still a reputable company here in america. I 'm sure if the genreal public knew to the what they've been doing to anime they would be branded evil. America realy has something big stuck up it's ass. I'm sure watching dragon ballz it's purest form won't cause the develop ment of crazed psychopaths. Funimation is a good example how america "fixes things" before they get the comsumers hands.

  Rahxephon-Disc 1 Confusion *Possible Spoilers*
Posted by: Thinders - 05-04-2004, 03:57 PM - Forum: Anime Discussion - Replies (6)

Hey, I just received the FX version of Rahxephon, and it works perfectlyBig Grin.

Now, heres where the confusion comes in.... I was watching the episodes, and after Kamina and Shitow are rescued, a summary i guess comes on of what happened in the previous epidsodes. In it, it says that Tokyo Jupiter was taken over by the Mu and is ruled by them. Where in the actual episodes does it say this? I think i may have missed it but i dont want to rewatch all the episodes so yeah.

what does shipping info received mean?? USPS??
Posted by: casshan83 - 05-04-2004, 09:56 AM - Forum: General Babble - Replies (4)

i ordered a package from an online store they gave me a DC# but theres a problem..

whenever i check the number all i get the is some stupid message below.

the usps was electronically notified to expect your package for delievery service??

what the hell does that mean?

anyway i checked at the post office gave them the DC# this is what it say on their system.

scheduled delievery: 05/04/2004
electronic file number: #########
date/time tendering mail:05/02/2004 01:00
number of deleiviery confirmation linked to this electronic file

electroinic shipping info received 05/02/2004 location NY

the woman at the post office said i received the package?? i was like wtf??

this is not the first time this type of crap has happened either..

now that i look at the invoice even though she says i got the thing i think it means they got the LOCATION of when it was mailed out..

should i be worried about someone else getting my stuff?? i mean one of my neighbors got my package last time and that package had over 80 bucks worth of stuff in it!!

the usps has got a bad habit of hiring people who cant read or half read...
