  So who likes megaman X?
Posted by: Black Howling - 12-20-2004, 02:18 AM - Forum: Video Gaming - Replies (21)

So has anyone played the X series. It is my favourite side-scrolling plat-form game series by far! How can someone not like it  Great music, great gameplay, great story, great grahpics, come on how can you not like it?! And what's even better is that they are still makeing the X series. X8 is the newest title. But I was wondering when it will be out in Europe?

What is the worst day of your life?
Posted by: Blight - 12-19-2004, 08:56 PM - Forum: General Babble - Replies (27)

Don?t really know what prompted this question, maybe I am just curious. My worst day ever has to be September 26, 2003. On this craptastic day, I wake up early the morning after my 18th birthday and go to school. I am excited because today is fall kickoff, a club thing where I pay 10 bucks and get to skip classes all day to eat food and goof around. Around the time second period would end. I get called to the office and have to go home because my house is burning. The house is a total loss. All my stuff is gone except for a few things I had put in storage (including all my presents from the preceding day). I call my workplace and tell them I won?t be in today. After wondering what the hell I?m going to do now, I is eventually decided that we will stay in a local motel. Will coming back from my aunts house to go meet up with my parents later that night, I am stopped at a stop sign waiting to get on the highway when one dude crosses the lane of traffic in front on me and gets totally obliterated by an oncoming car. The wrecked car then bounces off of the car it got stuck by and hits my parent?s truck that I am driving. Somewhere in the confusion I have misplaced my wallet, and the cops aren?t very pleased about that. And that?s all the exciting stuff.

So what really crappy chain of events has occurred in your lives?

Lately I have been thinking about something based on what I have seen and last night I found out something that adds to it. I believe that everytime a human experiences death their mind bends and twists to cope with the pain and misery. When a person sees too much death in a short life time they lose the ability to show emotion no matter how hard they try because their mind loses the ability to deal with it and thus just leaves emotion with no proof. I don't base any of this on science but what I have seen in one of my friends over the past few years and what he has told me. Does anyone have have any thoughts on this? I am very intrested in hearing what you have to add...

Posted by: Ryo of Inferno - 12-19-2004, 12:35 AM - Forum: Anime Discussion - Replies (35)

I just got my first manga today, it was Hellsing volume 1. I love it and can't wait to get

more. Which brings us to why this thread was made. Do you remember your first manga?

If you do wht was the title and volume number? Most important of all, did you enjoy it or

did you like the anime better? In case you are wondering I think the Hellsing manga is

better than the anime. Anyway I look forwar to your posts.

Saber Marionette Ultimate LE 14DVD Bandai Collection - LE 4241/5000
Posted by: r00ster - 12-18-2004, 11:04 PM - Forum: DVD Trading - No Replies

Ahoy mateys!

That's right, for a limited time, you can get a limited edition of the Bandai box set of all 14 Saber Marionette J DVDs for the low, low price of $60! Only 5,000 of these LE, hand-signed and numbered box sets were made. This is box number 4,241.

Saber Marionette J Ultimate Collection 14DVD Box Set (Signed LE #4241/5000) <- that's the ebay link folks

This bad boy set includes every episode of Saber Marionette J, every episode of Saber Marionette J Again, and every episode of Saber Marionette J-X! Plus, it comes in it's own durable art box hand-signed by co-creater and character designer Tsukasa Kotobuki.

This set tends to go on ebay for $75-85 USD (the average going price is just over $79 USD according to ebay), so it's bound to go fast for $60.

All of the pertinent information about the excellent quality the set is in can be found in the auction link above.

I will ship international completely at the international buyer's cost.

Blah blah blah, the usual stuff.. traded with a bunch o' people around here. Ebay feedback at 166 positives, 100% positive, from 134 unique ebay members... and all that jazz.
