I ordered a bunch of stuff from 695 anime ,over a month ago - because they had a 5.95 sale per disc and they listed a bunch of stuff I've been waiting for ever , but - they show my order as processed ( what ever that means ) and they dont respond to my repeated emails - are these folks a scam or are they just slow -- any ideas from folks who have delt with these people as to how I should handle this -- Im probably going to dispute it with paypal ,( if they dont respond in the next few days ) but i dont want to do the wrong thing and I want to give them a honest chance - what do you think ?

Did anyone watch the Contender Monday? |

Anyway, Monday night watching the Contender co-hosted by Sugar Ray and Sylvester Stallone turned out to be a lot better than I thought, and I despise reality TV. I first thought it would be like WWE's Tough Enough where they get scrubs who think they're all cool just because they make themselves look like douche's in front of a camera. When in fact, most of the guys in the video happen to be established boxers who are trying to win a million bucks and a title shot. I really like the teamwork and competition it has and it tends to show a more realistic look at the sport since these guys are real boxers. So far living in the west, I figure I cheer for the west team :p . I was behind Alfonso Gomez the whole way and he fought a guy who was undefeated, Peter Mandredo, Jr..
Here is my score card based off Gomez's and Manfredo's fight
Gomez:10-9-10-10-10 49
Manfredo:9-10-9-10-9 47
As you can see, Manfredo dominated round 2 and it really started to look ugly for Gomez who really turned things around. And round 4 really was a truly even one. I thought Mandredo was going to dominate in the 5th round but it looks like it was Gomez in the end. Anyway, it was a really great fight. I really loved the build up to their fight as well. Gomez was previously 10-2, and Mandredo was 21-0. The press conference they had pretty much summed up things. The black guy on the west coast team said Manfredo's record is based off fighting guys on the east coast and said that the west coast has more hardcore fighters (then again, the east coast produced great champs like Rocky Marciano and Mike Tyson). But Manfredo put up a good fight.

Here is my trade list. Im based in the UK but I am willing to trade all over the world. I'll also sell some HK sets for £3 a disc if you don't have anything to trade. Postage and packaging is £1.30 to the UK per 3 disc set (and less) as I will ship out each set in a bubble wrapped jiffy bag. Each set will be shipped on it's own individually as it actually is cheaper than sending a big box. Shipping will have to be worked out afterwards on larger sets due to getting items put in boxes and weighed etc. International shipping also would have to be worked out. Everything else is up for sale aswell and manga will be around £3 each I guess maybe a little bit more for some. VHS and non-english language manga i'll sell for cheap as hell so PM for a quote.
HK DVD's - (£3 a disc unless otherwise stated)
Chobits (contains Chibits special that FX doesn't) - AV - 3 Discs - ENG/JAP Audio (£6 for the whole set!)
My Neighbor Totoro Perfect Edition - MAC - 1 Disc - ENG/JAP Audio - Read my review here about the dubtitles
Spirited Away - MAC - 1 Disc - Cantonese/Jap audio with R3 ripped eng subs (check the review, nice disc)
HK DVD's Live Action - (£3 a disc)
Charisma
Chaos
R1's
Neon Genesis Evangelion Platinum Complete Thinpak Boxset
Got this from Amazon the other day but it annoyingly came with no volume 1 and two volume 4's! They are sending me a replacement and I don't have to send this back so im putting it on here in case anyone's interested and maybe has volume 1 and needs the rest or something... All the other volumes 2+ are intact. There's just no volume one and two volume 4's so I suppose I could trade/sell the extra volume 4 separate if anyone needs it...

Im not interested in any HK´s that are R1 ripped shows or shows I can buy on R1 (unless heavily edited in the USA), just R2/3 ripped with decentish subs (no tv rips unless really high quality). Check my HK list here to see what I have so you know what I will or wont be interested in. Anything on that HK list you fancy let me know as I might trade it if persuaded, most probably for R1s.

Anyone know whats on deck for Bandai with the Gundam franchise?
I've been waiting for V-Gundam for quite sometime (NOT SATISFIED WITH THE MI SUBS) , but I'm not sure if it will ever get its rightful release  . Also anyone know how well Zeta was recieved overall by the fans and how it did sales wise? I think that UC timeline show's may be in the balance of a good responce to Zeta. I know some were dissapointed in the opening & closing music being cut but i think besides the EXTREMELY ANNOYING delay's Bandai did a decent job!
