Set in a period that looks like early 1900s Europe, Boy Who Saw the Wind is about a young boy named Amon who is the last of the "Wind Folk" with magical powers and the power to fly. He must overcome villains who want to take avantage of his powers. The movie is similar to (and has been accused of copying) the Studio Ghibli films.<br />
