15 year old schoolboy Iwaka Tomonari comes home from school one day, only to find that a female android named Rizel has moved into his house. And she\'s accompanied by 3 state officials (her papas A, B and C) who confront him with the fact that he\'s now married with Rizel (they don\'t give any reasons, except that it\'s important for the national security). But Tomonari doesn\'t like Rizel at all, who looks like a 12 year old, because he\'s only attracted to women that are older than himself. So Rizel\'s love is rejected. This is a problem, because her tears are pure nitro, and everytime she cries, the Iwaka household is shattered by explosions.
