Crisp and clean, maybe R2 rip.

Audio:

Great no problems here either.

Subtitle:

No complaints maybe, and thats a big maybe two missing lines at most.

Comment:

The movie is great, sure some people might compare it to some of Miyazaki's works but who cares insparation has alot to do with anime. Overall its really a great movie, and for 7 bucks you can't beat that.

DVD rip - no problems here

Excellent audio - also a DVD rip

I thought I was watching an R1 release because of how good these subs are. I think I noticed one line that was missed. Other than that these are perfect subs.

Comment:

This is going to get a lot of comparisons to Miyazaki movies because a lot of design and directorial bits are HEAVILY influenced by Miyazaki. Overall the movie is ok... not great... not horrible... just ok. It's pretty to watch and there are some nice scenes but over all the movie lacks the spirit of Miyazaki's movies.

Crisp, clean, and sharp.

There was nothing wrong that I noticed...

Subtitle:

A few missing lines (I seriously stretch the word few because there are only about two or three missed lines in the entire movie). However, there are no engrish problems at all. I should mention there are a whole bunch of extras ( Map of the Movie World ) but they AREN'T subbed...

Comment:

This movie is a very well orchestrated spin-off of a very good bit of miyazaki's works... now this might just be a coincidence but here are a few examples... 1.The "Dragon Fire Cannons" that the Golden Snake Brigade uses is very similar to "The Fire of Solomon" that Muska demonstates in Laputa. 2. Amon's pet Myryu, looks very similar to Nausicca's Pet Fox Squirrel, Teto. 3.The main character looks like a cross between a blonde Ashitaka and a male Nausicca. I honestly would just buy the movie to see the similarites between films. Regardless, this was an excellent film and I would recommend it to almost anyone who likes Miyazaki's works. An excellent buy for a mere $7!
