The vastness of the universe has become more accessible in this new age of existence and the forces, which rule it as well. The pirates that once ruled the Ocean have been reborn in space and with them, the force that will oppose them. But also roaming the stars will be beings that would not be categorized as pirates, but are above the law. Meet Gene Starwind and his partner Jim Hawking boy wonder, this duo are stuck on a small planet by the name of Centinel 3. That is until the day when they accept a bodyguard job from Hot Ice Hilda a famous outlaw with an uncertain past. After Hilda attempts to kill gene he questions her, but are unable to discover many valuable facts from this mysterious women. But what they could determine was that Hilda was carrying a package with a very advanced and emotional bio-genetic cyborg, by the name of Malphina that is some how connected to a very advanced ship, by the name of the XGP, stolen from the pirates, that Hilda had stashed in a hidden area. However, their quarrel does not last, as they must join forces to defeat the band of pirates, who have been Hilda's enemies and are currently attacking them. After a close escape the group must reach the hidden ship. After this gene and his band of outlaws must discover the Galactic Layline, a supposed treasure spot and learn of Melphina's past. <br />
