I dont know which one it is but its probably rip of the old one, the vidoe quality is pretty poor

i generally have nought all my anime from ebay.

many sellers have caught on that ebay takes a certain % of the price of each dvd, therefore the sellers put al the price in the p+p so they won't get charged much.

As for these dvds, i bought some sets the same that he's selling and they're good.
