New from MI: YuYu Hakusho Part 4 (4 disk set sku#17260), finishing off the series with episodes 79-112.

Anyone else watched much of this show? I've heard how good it is and had to check it out. Been renting the dvds. Just finished season 1.

Two things I wanted to happen did at the end, and I couldn't believe it. First I wanted Palmer to leave his wife. Done. Second I wanted Jacks wife to leave or die. Done. Not very nice of me but man she was annoying as hell. She really needed to shut her mouth and sit down throughout most the series and she just wouldn't do it! On to season 2. =P

One of my co-workers gave me his SP yesterday after he picked up the new micro (or whatever it's called). EB only wanted to give him $20 of trade in value for the thing and he felt it would be better in my hands so I'm the proud owner of a slick little silver game unit.

Here's where I need help. I need to figure out what sort of games are available that will keep my brain engaged while I'm working this midnight shift.
I picked up Advance Wars 2 at the Microplay down the street and have been enjoying that so far. I'm afraid to admit that I'm also enjoying the Pokemon Pinball he gave me. It actually has some depth as a pinball machine and makes good use of the fact that it's a video game.

What else should I be looking at?
Has anyone here played Fire Emblem? That was recommended to me by the guy at Microplay.
Do the Final Fantasy games translate well to the GB?

Just wanted everyone to have a heads up. There are 2 Advent children dvds out. One is from EZ/FX (i dont have the cover handy), but i assume it is movie only but could possibly sport the mini movie.

The MI version is a 2 Disk set that appears to mirror the 2 DVD LE that came with that expensive statue in Japan. When mine arrive i will have more infomation for everyone, but the 2 disk set has *tons* of features.

MI also released steamboy, Initial D part 1, and Inu Yasha 5, with the latter not being surprising they always reprint fx stuff.

I bought arround a half year ago the Soul Taker Box here. Finally I found the time to watch it but it doesnt work on my Pioneer DV-606D Player. I get the main menue than the sound cracks and the picture freezes. No trick works. Surprisingly I get it worked on my PC. All the other DVDs I got from the store and are from MAC work just fine. Did I got just a bad DVD or do others have the same problem ?
Hmm, although its some while ago is there a posibility to exchange for a working one ?

I don't believe the sale happening at We B Toys right now. They are blowing out tons of video games for only $15 each. Not just garbage games either. Full Metal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell, Eye Toy racer (whatever it's called) with the eye toy, Taiko Drumming (with the drums), Finding Nemo and a whole bunch of other stuff.

This is $15 Canadian dollars to top it off.
They have games for all consoles on this crazy sale. My game collection just doubled.

Mac just released Chrono Crusade and Peacemaker Kurogane. However...........THEY EACH ARE ONLY ON TWO DVDS?????? What is up with that????
