Well I could have put this in the other thread I guess, but hopefully you will forgive me as I am sure you are all curious what I did onmy 21st Birthday. Well for starters, I really did set out and do what I planned. Some took me to TGI Friday's to have my first drink. Naturally I was wearing a tuxedo. As soon as we all got a table, Two friends and I went up to the bar and I ordered a dry vodka martini shaken not stirred. In case you are wondering, it is a James Bond think. Anyway, the bartender looked at me and asked if I had been waiting my entire life to say that. When I said yes he carded me and when everything checked out he gave a heavy sigh and gave me my first drink. I know how boring this board can get sometimes so hopefully this will be worth a little laugh. Well hopefully this will get a few comments or questions. If not that is okay too. Also for some reason my Bday might not be over yet as this Tues a girl I know might be planning to take me 80's dancing. I can't wait. Well thats it for this thread. Later.

hey there, any thoughts on the upcoming Namco game Tales of Legendia? I loved all the tales games, from ... Phantasia up through Symphonia. I just love the battle system, it rocks! And i can't wait for Legendia. Also i hear that Tales of Phantasia will be rereleased in march on the gameboy advance, although i'm not sure how factual it really is.

I recently watched the trailer and the movie looks really cool. Considering it's an MTV movie it will likely suck but so far it seems interesting. Charlize Theron looks really awesome! I remember sometime ago someone here said she looked skinny but she's not skinny at all, far from that! And that black hair suits her perfectly!
Is anybody here eager to watch this movie?

The site says they're made by fx so I'll assume that they're made by ezdvd. I checked the review list on this site and didn't find anything about them. This makes me wonder whether these are really ezdvd sets and if so why isn't it on the dvd reviews list? i don't want to buy these and find out that they're crappy mi sets or something.

Thought i'd start its own thread. Those of you that have a 360, post any glitches you've encountered here. Here's a few off the top of my head.

Last night we discovered the worst one. In NFS underground 2 when playing 2 player the second players screen is taken over by player ones screen giving him a full screen of play. However, the sky from the second persons screen remains. It goes in and out but it mostly stays like that. Single player works fine.

Ninja gaiden lags. Unplayable.

Halo 2 co-op has a vision problem. Every once in a while it looks like someone splattered player ones visor with a grey goo making it hard to see out of. It comes and goes. Very annoying.

So... Its looking like a conservative minority.

I think this is sort of a good thing for Canada. with all the scandals and other sh*t thats happened, I think its sorta good to have a change. Besides, none of Harper's more extreme ideas can get through without support from one of the other parties.

Any other opinions from all you canadians out there?

I'm sick of this sh**. Seriously, how much is the U.S. government going to take away from it's citizens before it's people realized they have no rights left? It started with Eminent Domain, then Bush was illegally tapping phones lines with out a warrant. Now, it is apparently illegal to "annoy" people on the internet, and if you do, you go to jail (First link). And now, the Bush administration wants to see the search records of most of the popular search sites (Second link). Yahoo caved, MSN wouldn't comment (Meaning they gave in as well), and I believe I have seen and unconfirmed report that so did AOL. That leaves Google which actually has the balls to fight the good fight. I have totally lost faith in our president, nay, our whole damn government doing ANYTHING right. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

hey guys i've been having a lot of trouble downloading stuff with ABC lately and i'm not sure why. i was wondering which ports i should have open for it as well. if you guys had any tips or ideas as to what might be wrong. it works sometimes and then just stops working, says it's connected but the dl rate is 0.0 and at the bottom it says webservice inactive? yet my internet and everything is working. i'm such a noob with this stuff if you guys could help out at all i would really appreciate it.
