I am just wondering if any of you have ever bought any anime dvds in a chinatown before. Is it cheap or expensive? Cause I might stop by there (the chinatown in NY) to pick up a few titles if it is not too expensive.

As i mentioned on a few occations during last month, I am going to be increasing shipping cost by 1 dollar for both domestic and international shipping starting Monday. But before that happens I thought I would add a few new releases that are going to be in stock on monday/tuesday to store so that you guys can pre-purchase them with old shipping price.

Since its new year weekend, the post office is closed til monday/tuesday anyways.

Next month in February, I'll be on vacation in Quebec, which, of course, includes Montreal (where I'll be flying in).

Since we had a nice discussion earlier regarding good anime and manga places in Toronto, are there any similar places in Montreal?

For anime, I'm talking about HKs, R1s, R2s (Japanese and European -- I got an R2-capable DVD player for Christmas), plus any places with a decent amount of French-language anime (which, I noticed on my last trip, there was a huge lack of).

For manga -- any place where there's a vast amount, in English, French and Japanese, new and used. And on a similar topic -- any place that sells a good amount of French BD books (other than "DeBeDe", which is a really nice BD store on St. Denis St.).

I'm already aware of the chain stores like Archambault, Renaud-Bray and Chapters.

I have four choices Guilty Gear X2 Reloaded, Yu-Gi-Oh (on the XBOX), Dragonball Z Budokai 3 and Metroid Prime 2.

I need some info to make a good choice. Does GGX2R have new music or better animation? Is MP2 basically the same as MP1? Is YGO crap?

I hope you can help me make the right choice.

I just wanted to know if the Dragonball Z part 1 Episodes 1-26 MAC Edition also contain the English dub--I only found the Japanese dub listed along with English subtitles. If you guys could let me know, that would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I already posted in another thread, but I thought I should also make a proper introduction. I like a lot of anime, especially Berserk,ROLW, NGE, GITS, RK and ID. I also like alot of aother things but it would be a huge list so I'll suffice to say only some of my favorite animes.

By the way you get extra points with me if you figure all the initials!

Just wanted to know if this set includes both series, the title suggests it does but the price doesn't, I already have the first season and I am thinking of ordering but don't want another copy of the first season.

Today we say good bye to 2004 and tonight (in mids of heavy drinking) we say hello to 2005. This has been a great year and I wish only the best to all of you in 2005!
