I'm trying to decide on which Rurouni Kenshin TV Boxset is the best to buy in terms of overall quality. I've looked for FX's set, but their all pratically gone, so I was wondering if anyone knew if their were any other companies sets that are up to par with FX's. I've seen in stores MAC's 10 disc set, but with their recent problems with using dvd-5 instead of 9; I felt I would rather not risk it. The only other set I'm considering to get is MI's set, but I never seen any reviews on it so I don't know how good the quality is. IF any one could help I would appreicate it.

Anywayz, since everyone here is worried about MAC reprinting their old sets into dvd-5. I decided to do a little investigation. So I went and ordered the Ayashi No Ceres Perfect Collection that JJ had in stock. I watched it and the quality wasn't different from when I owned it previously, I think the disks of ceres are still dvd-9. As for newer sets, I bought the new Sugar Little Snow Fairy boxset (mac) and the Melody of Oblivion boxsets off of ebay. and to my amazing surprise.......... Melody of Oblivion disks were all dvd-9. Sugar had great video quality and the disks were also dvd-9. I think Mac made a mistake when they made some sets, that is just my opinion anyways...... So yeah..... I guess MAC did kinda listen to people's email I guess. Those sets are the ones that I tested for dvd-5 and didn't find a single dvd-5 used. I could be wrong about other sets tho......

Or the most insanely funny movie/show you have ever seen. It is easy and automatic for me Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The funniest movie EVER. How much me and my friends like it is probably not healthy. We can quote it line-for-line and act it out. And last Aprils fools. I was at Ryan?s (A buffet Restaurant) waiting to be seated and they asked the name of my party. I said we were the Knights who say NEE. She looked at me like I was retarded, but I continued, ?We have come for a shrubbery. If you do not give us one, we will say NEE at you?, and all my buddies started going NEE, NEE real loud and everybody was either laughing or thinking something was wrong with us or that we were high. It was great.

I purchased the dubbed Sailor Moon 01 & 02 sets for my wife believing them to be the entire first and second seasons of the series. Unfortunately, the last 10-12 episodes of R are missing! They're essentially the ADV Reg. 1 releases with 2 US DVDs on each disk, which takes us up to ADV Vol. 12. But Vol. 13 "Time Travellers" and Vol. 14 "Love Conquers All" are missing. I checked eBay, and those two disks sell for between $75-150 USD a pop!! Insane!!

Help! Does the company that released these sets intend on releasing a Vol. 3 containing those last two sets of episodes, or does another company plan to re-release this set with all of the episodes intact?!

If not, does anybody know where I can get ahold of those last two disks without breaking the bank?!

There are witch hunter Robin, Evangelion, and Escaflowne. I checked covers for MI, AV, FX, and MAC. None of them matches. He's claiming they are used, but I doubt they are.

Evangelion supposedly has even French dub as well as Eng and Jap. Obviously they are not FX rip. Anyone has any idea where these sets are from?
