Okay I know I'm a little strange sometimes but I was kind of wondering if it was normal to

feel isolated all the time. I hae some friends in real life and I like to consider some of you

all as friends but lately I have felt down in the dumps and I just don't know why. Is this

normal? I mean I like to think those who I call friends know me but sometimes I'm not so

sure, Sometimes I feel like I don't even know who I am. I just don't know what to think

anymore as sometimes I just feel, so...useless I guess. Sometimes its just an up and

down thing for me and other times its constant but noone notices but me. Anyway Sorry

to bother you guys with this issue. Feel free to comment or not depending on your

preference.

I am trying to play what I believe is a .asx file. It plays ok but lags like an SOB, anyone have any solutions.

Hey, anyone know much about emulators? I see n64 emulators and gba emulators around but don't wanna waste my time downloading them if they don't work like I want em too. Do they actually play n64 and gba games like the snes and genesis and such do? (like Zsnes)

I just finished it like two hours ago. I have never had any contact with anything VHD before, but I know the novels are the source material for everything else done with it. I LOVED it, and I don't even like vampires at all! But the angle taken on them and the rest of the world for this story was totally freaking awesome; defiantly because of the Japanese author. I know it just came out, but is anyone else reading it/done with it? If you haven?t read it yet, and you enjoy compelling, well-paced stories filled with action and mystery, then by all means grab this book.

I own the dragon ball goku and tournament sagas then got to looking at the king piccolo saga. I noticed that the episodes for it start at 102 while the tournament saga ends at 67,WHERE are the other episodes?Is there going to be another set here at some point or what???? :confused:

Well it seems that MAC decided to do some ripping on its own. in their coming soon section there are some really interesting sets like Getbackers - Tv Series Part 1 ~ The Perfect Collection, Wolf's Rain ~ Tv Series - The Perfect Collection, Azumanga Daioh ~ Tv Series The Perfect Collection and Cardcaptor Sakura ~ Tv Series dubbed/subbed version (a fake dual audio version because the R1s only have Japanese Audio)

I stayed up till 6 am watching seven samurai yesterday and I have to say its now one of my fav movies of all time. I hadn't seen it before or any other Akira Kurosawa movies. Has anyone else seen this movie or know of any other Kurosawa movies to recommend.

Today I went to the library for my brother's school assignment and while I was there I saw some people with books on learning to speak japanese. In my mind I felt like walking over there and informing them that unless they live in Japan, california or boston there isn't much chance of using japanese for anything but manga or anime.

I'm not being rude by thinking that as I've had only a few times when I was able to chat with someone in japanese. Plus most japanese think it is rude to speak japanese in america, that makes it way harder to find someone to talk to.

Anyways my question is how many people here have tried or wanted to try to learn japanese? If you tried and gave up why?
