I feel the same way. I have Ranma 1/2 all the way up through season 5. I couldn't give up those VHS tapes unless I'm sending them to a friend. I got screwed by Funcoland trading in Video games. They are ass bandits.

about $4800-$5000 on R1, that's 235 discs at $20-$25 per. what a damn idiot huh? only discovered hkdvd recently. could have saved a pretty penny. only have about $650 in hkdvd.

Yes I am so glad I found out about HK dvds. I was in Media Play a couple days ago and I saw "I My Me Strawberry Eggs" for $30 four episodes, and I laughed my ass off. Never again will they get me. Never again. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

I will still buy R1's if they are a good deal. I saw "Exel Saga" volume 1 for $22.00. That is a good deal. They had volume 2 for $19.99. So I think that I may buy those. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

Damn, how come stuff is so cheap at best buy, future shop (which is owned by best buy) don't even have excel saga and everything else is a rip off (45-50$ CDN for 1 dvd).

Thier anime selection is kind of small. I was there the other day that is where I saw Excel Saga for $19.95. It sounds so good. In November's edition of Newtype there was a large interview with Shinichi Watanabe that was all about Excel Saga. It made me want it badly. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
