i got this series at the same time as the first, and the audio and video are great, but that was no surprise, the subs where though, unlike 0079, i understood everything fine, and the whole thing was very enjoyable, a must buy for a gudam fan out of the R1 area or price range

I purchased this gorgeous slip-case edition box set some time ago, and it's the best job done on a GUNDAM series so far! The video is fantastic (although there is slight pixelation in one or two instances), and the audio is great. What really stands out are the great sub-titles. Every other GUNDAM series (like most HK anime DVDs) pretty much suck ass when it comes to the subtitles. In the end, "The 08th MS TEAM" stands as one of the finest anime releases on DVD so far.

Video 4.5/5 Very good. Prolly an LD rip because its not as good at times as a dvd should be. Subs 5/5 Perfect for me. Must be a fansub script. Audio 4/5 Some minor volume glitches but still excellent overall. Overall (not average) 5/5 Definatly one of the top dvd sets in my collection.

This set seems to be great! Some scenes have been edited out, but not to the extreme (nude Kiki). Video 4.5/5 Really good! No problems at all. Subs 3.5/5 Their okay, but not perfect. Some times it's not spoken English and some times the subs aren't actually what they say, but it's not much of a problem. The subs are sometimes off a bit and once or twice some lines are missing. Sound 5/5 No problems, sounds like a normal DVD. Overall 4.5/5 A really good set and probably one of the best HK DVD out there. It's a great series too!
