Video: Looks like it might have been taken from aging master tapes. The picture is still pretty crisp but bright colours tend to bleed. Only one hicup that I noticed while watching. Audio: Nothing special here. The sound is at a good level with no hisses or pops. Subtitles: I think these were fansubs originally. The translation is pretty good without any timing errors and only a few typos. Content: This is a pretty neat idea about a detective who ends up with a computerized eye that allows him to hack any computer in the world. The two stories on this disc have a fair number of fights and a fair amount of half naked women running around. Over all, the direction, story, and animation are pretty average. Worth picking up at HK prices. Nothing I'd wanna pay R1 prices for.
