Pretty good release overall but, first 2 eps seemed like TV rips? Had commercials, i dunno heh. Little jumpiness on video a couple time nothing major. Subs pretty good, comparable to AS's Steel Angel Kurumi, names pretty much in tact. Semi-scared me at the end, Episode 6 is in B&W till near the end, but I think this being Gainax's first animation, budget was tight and it was just made this way, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong though. I liked this OAV a lot, definetly reccomend this release.

This set has the famous Engrish! But you do understand whats happening but its kinda hard sometimes. But the timing is good.

Video: Must be a dvd-rip but the picture jumps around a bit sometimes. But its nothing too serios. It even has the "Emotion" intro. Audio: Nice 2 channel japanese audio, no eng dub. Subtitles: This is where the dvd falls... The lines sometimes go out of picture and it seems to be HK origs. But you do understand what they are talking about so that doesnt ruine the film. Good buy with 3 hours on one disc!
