Video:
Looks pretty good playing on my 20" Prima, with a PS2, using only RCA cables. I tried it on my Toshiba standalone DVD player, on a 27" Hitachi, using S-Video, and it looks slightly better...not a LOT, but some of the grain and stuff is gone. There is some minor pixellation and blockiness during action-heavy sequences, such as gun shootouts and some of the scenes where the ship is flying through the warp tunnel things (yellow tunnels). Overall a good R1 rip, but not the best possible. Maybe if they got rid of the special features and trailers on each disc, the video quality would be improved.
Audio:
Didn't really have any problems with the audio, except that sometimes the Japanese voices didn't sync up with the movement, but it might have just been the PS2 I was playing it on. 90% of the time it is fine, in both English and Japanese. Pretty good audio too, considering it is only 2.0 Dolby.

Comment:
This set was really well done, the front cover features glossy character art, and the inside pictures are also glossy. The discs are R1 retail quality, with the labels stamped with on to the disc, making them metallic looking. Overall this is probably the best looking bebop set released.
