This is one of the worst HK sets that i have ever had the disprivilege of veiwing. The subtitles are horrible, the video bleeds, and the sound... well who cares about the sound when the rest of it sucks? DO NOT BUY THIS SET!!!

This set is messed up. Average video and audio. VHS quality and subs are really bad Engrish and some episodes are mistimed. Not recommended. Get the R1 DVD. The series gets worse in my opinion. Get Saiyuki. Much better if you are interested in Chinese Mythology.

WTF? This is one of the worst HK Releases I have ever seen. First - The Video: Okay. How to begin. First - it looks like a poorly encoded VHS Rip from an Analouge TV Signal. Second - everytime the scene changes, all the colors exist their field of entrapment and bleed all over the screen, taking several second to recoop and become on with the characters. It's blurry, the colors are dull when they're in the right spot, hideous when they're not, and it has some of the worst compression I've seen. Second - The Audio: Nothing Special, Nothing Bad. Finally - The Subtitles: Holy s#*& do these suck, they're the text equal to the video. Not only can they not put an entire sentence together, they can't even get a single idea across in some 800 lines of text. It's terrible. If you do really want to watch this show and order this set, be prepared to watch it raw, it's much, much easier that way. Overall, stay far, far away. You have been warned.
