I don't know if it's just the one I got or not, but the japanese audio track is behind by about 1 sec which is really annoying. Other than that, video is nice but like the previous review, the storyline just plain sucked. Especially the ending.. it makes no sense that Ryu does not fight Akuma. Stay away if you're a diehard SF fan.

I think this is a R1 rip, unless the Japanese one had a English track also. Video quality is excellent, especially since this OVA was crafted just recently and was pretty much made for DVD. Sound is 5.1 I think, since it was a rip of the official movie. Subs are good too, though you get a English dub if your not in the mood for those &_&. However, frankly this movie sucks. I've loved Street Fighter ever since the 2nd one came out way back in 91 and have seen the original movie and SF2V TV series and this is a travesty. While SF2 V didn't follow the plot of the game, it was at least decent and we got a true movie previously. But this is absurd, this SHOULD of followed the Zero plot but it didn't. Akuma/Gouki is hyped up in all the trailers yet he and Ryu don't fight. There is no Bison, only some crazy mad scientist you would find in a cheesy B movie. No Charli but a lookalike to accompany Chun Li and no character development outside of Ryu and the little kid. I advise you to stay away unless you want to watch it for curiosity's sake.
