everything about this DVD is well handled except for the names and the occasional typo (hat = cat?) and the names which seem to be taken right out of South American Myths o_o. I highly reccomend this movie. Make sure you see the show first, because there isn't much by way of character development.

DVD: Excellent visuals, very good audio, and good subs (although you will find the usual name changes and spelling mistakes). Content: A very good movie. I liked it alot. If you enjoyed the series you'll love this. Also, it's worth getting just for completing the one piece collection.

If you liked the TV set from AV then you must get the movie this is becomming one of my favorite series and if you liked the tv series you must get the movie. The video is excellent it had to be ripped from the R2 dvd, the audio is normal dvd audio, the subtitle are HK original and are decent with mispelled names, but if you have the tv series set, you should be used to the mispelled names.

Video: 5.0 The first OVA video is excellent. Definitely a dvd rip. Very clear and sharp. No bluriness or shaking. Very similar to other one piece set. Audio: 4.5 No audio problems. Pretty good. Subtitles: 4.0 Original HK Subs. Subs are very good. Names are spelled incorrectly but close enough. The making of the OVA special is not subbed so that's a let down. Definitely a DVD for One Piece fans. OVA has characters not included in the manga and is better, IMO, than the second OVA done by MI as well. Definitely a buy for OP fans like me.
