Part II starts right were Part 1 ends. The storyline is also the same as Part 1 (See below): Cat's Eye is set in Tokyo in the 80's. The story centers around the artist Michael Heinz, a German painter and an art collector, who disappeared, along with his art collection. His three daughters, Ai, Hitomi, and Rui Kisugi are trying to find him. The only way to find they can think to find him is to become notorious thiefs, Cat's Eye (supported by a close friend of the family, Mr Nagaishi), and steal back his entire collection. Cat's eye annouces their thefts ahead of time, emploring a business card with the exact time they will make the steal. The manage to steal the items with the unknowing help of Hitomi's not too clever boyfriend, Toshio Utsumi, a detective in charge of the Cat's Eye investigations. The girls own a cafe called Cat's eye which is directly across from the police station. With the help of this inside information, the crimes are pulled off with cunning and style.<br />
