The video quality isn't bad on this at all, but there is a grossly uneven spread of episodes that doesn't quite make sense to me (just the same as there was on the Onegai Teacher Perfect Collection). Disc 1 features the first 9 episodes all crammed onto one disc, then the remaining 4 episodes are put onto Disc 2 in the regular way you would expect - I just don't get that! Why not spread it out a little more evenly?! Still, the quality isn't really that bad (unless you have a huge screen or an impeccable eye for this stuff) and there aren't any jumps or instances of the credits being cut short (which I found on Onegai Teacher), so that's a good thing. For the price this collection is an absolute dream!
Audio:
The audio for both discs is excellent! While Miina and Karen may indeed have annoying voices, it is still a great English dub and certainly better than most. I'm not usually a fan of the 'dub', but if it's done well then I'll happily take the lazy option and just listen rather than read what's being said. As with Onegai Teacher, it seems that the Japanese audio is slightly softer than the English, but that seems to be a fault of R1 rips so it's not really a big issue - just turn your stereo up to compensate.

Comment:
This was another really impressive collection overall. The packaging is great (there should be a section to comment on that), there's a couple of small extras besides the episodes themselves (again, a section to discuss these would be good), and it's a really great price to get the whole series. Aside from the technical aspects (which I've been a little picky and harsh with), this is a really enjoyable anime to watch and will please fans of Onegai Teacher. It follows on from the previous series with various references, but is really a new series in itself and can be watched independently. I highly recommend it to anyone and think that you couldn't beat this collection as the perfect means to get. Go ahead and order it (along with Onegai Teacher) on my recommendation - you'll be glad you did! :)
