Overall:
Video:
The video for this set was really good no pixelation or anything like that and some of the visuals are pretty cool and the overall style it was done in was pretty interesting.
Audio:
The audio was loud and clear no problems to note.
Subtitle:
The subs are clear and easy to read but they do go off the screen at times as has been said before but the dialogue isn?t that hard to figure out.
Comment:
This disc was done very well in every aspect video, audio and subs no problems to note as I stated above but the movie itself was a bit disappointing. Overall I don?t regret getting it though especially since it was free for me. If you get it for nothing else the final fight alone is worth the price of admission just truly awesome overall the best scene of the entire film. I wish there were more fights like it in anime too but oh well this film wasn?t to bad in the end but it could have been a bit better irregardless im just happy to have it so id say it?s worth seeing at least once.

This is an astounding movie to watch. Even if you turn the sound off and just soak in the visual splendor you will be very happy with the movie. Seeing that there is only the movie on the disc it should be no surprise that there isn't any hint of pixellation throughout the entire title.
Audio:
I can't vouch for the surround sound but I do listen through a pair of very nice Mission speakers and the audio placement from just the two speakers was incredible. Obviously ripped from another DVD source there isn't a flaw to be found in the audio
Subtitle:
These are easy to read and well timed subtitles. They could stand a little bit of clarification in terms of language but not very much. The story is pretty easy to understand with the existing subtitles and I think we only lose a bit of flavour in the translation. There are a very few lines that end up going off the sides of the screen leaving the viewer to decipher what was actually said (it's not that hard to figure out). One other very small and odd problem is that the disc has Swedish subtitles. OK... that's not really a problem but if you select English subtitles from the menu you will get the Swedish ones and vice versa. It's actually easier to use your remote to select the appropriate subtitles using the DVD commands rather than the menu on the disc.
Comment:
For fans of the Final Fantasy game series you MUST own this title. It beautifully continues from what the game gave us and is a real treat to watch. For everyone else you should just sit back and enjoy the hour and a half of gorgeous animation and solid direction of action.
