Video:
The video quality was good except at certain spots. These being mainly when they are jumping between dimensions. All of the bright sharp lines being drawn on the screen caused a lot of dot crawling due to the black background.
Audio:
The English audio was great and the voice acting was pretty good. No matter how dumb some of the English voice actors sounded, the voice fit the part well.

Comment:
I got this thinking it was some old title I've never heard of. I was wrong, this one is relatively new and reminded me of FLCL (probably made by the same creators actually). This one is so hard to describe that I'm just going to say if you liked FLCL then you'll like this one.
