The picture quality is great. I really liked the art style of this title as well.
Audio:
I only watched this in English so I can only comment on that track. The voice acting was kinda all over the place with some being good and some being terrible. All in all no matter how bad the voice was it was crystal clear.

I don't know why but when watching this I couldn't help but think "hmmm this is kinda like Porco Rosso, only with more technology...... and less pig". I saw bits and pieces of this series on the Cartoon Network but couldn't get into the story. I decided to give this one a second chance and I'm glad I did since watching it from start to end made a huge difference (I know duh!) I really liked the plane and warship designs since they had a 30s style of design (balloons and small metal planes). The story revolves around two kids who fly a plane to make ends meet (delivery service). One day they stumble across a kid that everyone is looking for and all hell breaks loose. In the middle of all of this is a war between two sides who fight using huge balloons armed with canons and poor suckers who have to shoot muskets off the side. There are a few scenes that the kiddies shouldn't see but overall this can be enjoyed by all ages.
