Oh dear, the audio was so bad I gave up watching as it was giving me a headache. It's recorded too loud and clips like mad.

Looks like a good series but had to give up on the sound. It was really getting to me after while as it was every episode.

Video:

Great video for such an old series, making most of the gundam sets look like garbage. I couldn't tell if this was an LD or R1 rip, it's that good.

Audio:

Overly-loud audio is a bit distracting.

Subtitle:

Decent job as far as i'm concerned. I've seen better, but i also expected a whole hell of alot worse. Main problem with the first 3 discs is the reappearence of incorrect lines. "Foizen is watching Galaria" and others appear when its obvious the character is saying something else. Its not major, because the lines appear only during inconsiquential dialog (and maybe once or twice an episode). There is a slight quality drop in the subs by the end of disc 3. They improve alot from disc 4-6, and then drop a notch on disc 6. At all times throughout this series, the subes are understandable and make complete sense.

Comment:

This legendary mech series is a definite must-own for all Mecha & old school anime lovers. The packaging and interior art is gorgeous too. Own one MI's better (though not best) releases.

This is a good series with a lot of action and a good story, can be politcal sometimes and at others can be action packed(just dont expect fancy stuff, this was made in the early 80's if i remember right).
