Video:

The copy I have seems to be damaged. It flickers as if it was a damaged VHS tape. However, judging from the undamaged video, the quality is quite high. This set seems to be a VCD rip. The quality is slightly better than the first set.

Audio:

Like the first set, the audio is perfect. I had no problems at all.

Subtitle:

The subtitles are impressive for what they are. There are still typos and grammer mistakes like in the first set, but there's less of them. You can easily understand what was said. The names are still spelled out the way they are said. However near the end of the series, the subtitles improve. "Square Enix" does not appear as often and the real names are used. For example, Edward is actually called the Full Metal Alchemist, not Metal or Steel or Square Enix. In addition to that, the opening and ending themes have good subtitles, the best in the set.
