R2 DVD rip, simply stunning graphic, I found some very slight pixellation during some fighting scene that involves gunshots and mech attack but other than that the rest is a-okay except in the scene where Deunan was laid after she was shot by ES.W.A.T tropper, the scene was too bright in the white room. It was just minor but it's good quality graphic. No microblocking, no vertical lines no bluriness The character design reminded me of a mixup of character's from Final Fantasy X and those from Fear Effect (From the PSX). Way cool, some cutscene were like those from Final Fantasy 7. The graphic were not as great as those from Ghost In The Shell but they were very high detailled, the character were great to see in this movie

Great movie Here's some character of the movie Deunan Nut: A legendary fighter who survived a lot of battle with suspicious bioroid in the past. Her nickname: The goddest of the Battlefield" with her special training she receives. Her whereabout of her mother is uknow but once she goes to find the whereabout of the Appleseed project, she'll now the entire truth behind the bioroids Briareos: He and Deunan were lovers in the past until a accident in Africa two years ago which he became a bioroid after that. She's cold to her in the beginning of their reunion (they haven't seen each other for awhile) His mission is to protect Deunan from harm, but Briareos been acting strange for awhile, what's bothering him. Hitomi: A good friend of Deunan, she's a bioroid who's lifespan is near the end so Deunan goes to revive the Appleseed project Gaia: a spherical machine who watches the bioroids in Olympus D-Guard: A Virus that can destroys the human races Athena: The leader of Es.W.A.T headquarter Nike: Athena's right hand lady Uranus: The general from the Olympus military armed force, he despise Bioroid very much and he wants to get rid of them before they get rid of humans Will do anything to get what he wants. He knew Deunan father in the past and knows of the Appleseed project. Hades: Uranus son, he despise Deunan very much because of her mom The storyline is split into 2 1- Revival of the Appleseed project 2- Gaia sages betrayal The storyline mostly revolves around human and bioroid, some faction wants the bioroid to disappears because of there are threat to mankind and some wants the human to disappear because they jeopardize the future of Bioroids The fighting scene were cool to see, the first seven minutes of the movie involves Deunan and her group of mercenaries fighting rogue bioroid, Deunan fight Matrix style (slow motion move), the fight scene were well maded especially the mech fight, it reminded me of Blue Gender were the mech were fighting the blue (well it's almost like that) except they are fighting rogue bioroid. Also when she faces three asassins android even they Hara Kiri themselves to leave no evidence. Mortal Kombat Deception anyone !!! Overall, I though it was a good movie, plenty of actions, betrayal, gun fighting, mecha fighting, huge battery size spider ravaging the town, truth, lies, hell, this movie gots everything in it for a good cocktail Interesting characters, a strong plot, bizarre twists If you liked the first Appleseed movie, you'll enjoy this one as well The graphic are really something to see especially the character design Give it a try, it was worth the 10$ Canadian I spend for it HIGHLY REOMMMANDED Extras: Interview with the producer of Appleseed (unsubbed) right after the movie The movie is encoded DVD5's Cover: Deunan and Briareos standing side by side facing left
