Video was very good, just a little grainess in some scenes-but you have to really be on the lookout to spot it.
Audio:
Compared to the jap tracks the english dub was a little softer, but all the tracks were very good-but I gotta tell you that I only normally listen to dubs.

Comment:
It is kinda like YOA and Slayers thrown in a blender with a little hentai for seasoning, I loved it!!

Video quality was quite clear, aspect ratio is 4:3 on the dvd set but even in a 16:9 format tv it was very clear.
Audio:
as far as the audio goes its was clear,5.1 DTS(eng dub) came out good,I didn't actually get the surround-sound effect that I would get from a regular region 1 movie, but the 5.1 was still there.

If you enjoy watching anime girls "running the show" or anime girls "in uniform(I use this term loosely)",you'll enjoy this box set.If you enjoyed the series You're Under Arrest, again you'll like this series..Its basically got the 2 anime cop girls storyline down with a touch of insanity(but in a good way) that we learned to love with the fooly cooly ova series.

Taken from R1 discs, the video quality for this set is really good. The only problems are occasional graininess around lines (which is seen when you stick your eyes too close to the telly!) and some of the camera pans are a little jerky. These are only minor quibbles tho, and I can easily live with them! Episode distribution is: disc one- eps 1-7, disc two- eps 8-13. All presented in the original 4:3 aspect.
Audio:
Sound quality was excellent throughout- at least as far as the English track. I only spot checked the Jap tracks (5.1 and DTS), and lo- the usual non-working DTS track syndrome. I'm not sure if it's my player and computer that cannot decode this and everyone elses can, but these Mac DTS tracks never work for me. Hey, the band that does the ED theme pop in that very sequence for a while- be warned!

Lets talk extras! But not for very long cuz here's what you get: DVD 1 has a 3min 48 promo for Miami Guns, which is very useful! DVD 2 has a whole 25mins of interviews and promos spliced together, subbed. So- this is what the hideous mutated offspring of You're Under Arrest, Burn Up Excess and (to a lesser extent) Excel Saga would look like (all set in the little-known Japanese quarter of Miami, where everyone has Japanese names). How utterly childish and pointless, aimed at the lowest common denominator... ME!!! Yes, I'm afraid that I like this sick, fanservice-ridden idiotfest. Especially the afro-toting chief (he reminds me of someone...) Buy it if, like me, you really need something ridiculously lowbrow once in a while. You may just laugh. A bit. AND a little note to Mac: CHAPTER BREAKS. Please can we have some!
