Like Part 1, it's a TV rip. No pixellation, grainy or macroblocking found in either DVD's. The action takes place in San Francisco, so the enviroment is exactly like the 1920's, very nice to see I like when Satella summons her knight guardian, it's like watching a summon from the Final Fantasy series on the Ps1/Ps2 system
Audio:
No problem found in that department, I wish they put an another opening song instead of staying with "Pleasure Lines", but oh well, I liked the song anyway.

Comment:
After seeing the second part of Chrno Crusade, I said, Wow what a f******* good series, got to say that the ending completely took me by surprise The last 3 episodes were sad as hell, I hadn't cried as much as Akane's dead in She, The Ultimate Weapon. The 22nd episode is the confrontation between Satella and her older sister Fiora (or Florette), Satella though her sister was dead but looks can be deceiving. Joshua thinks that his sister is Fiore instead of Rosette, so when Satella tells her if she remember her, she doesn't remember her because she is a puppet to master Aion who created her. So the 2 jewel witch fight each other till one of them dies. This was really the best fight of the series when both of them summons their respective knight guardian (one a male, the other is a female), the ending was sad, never saw it coming. Episode 24 features Rosette and Chrno in a remote clubhouse near the Michigan area, god that was depressing to see. It wasn't the best episode of the series but the first half of it was very emotional, but the second part didn't make much sense to me. Dufore was a new character in Part 2, he ask Rosette if he can join them in the fight with Aion, he looks more like a undertaker He speaks but nothing but the truth, the way he said to Rosette that she was the chosen one of Mary Magdalena was quite eerie. I like the view when Rosette bloody crest appears on her wrist and feet and her forehead becomes all bloody (like a millions of little spikes hit her at once). Dufore was a part in the war of demons opposing Aion because he got possesion of Pandemonium head (the source of power in the world), his ultimate dream of uniting both the heaven and earth would be a mire matter of time. Dufore transforms like Chrno in demonshape form and use his goatee as a weapon, cool to see. The episode are like this - Episode 14: Rosette and Satella goes to medicine shop to acquire medicine for Chrno (because he has a fever), funny episode with both girls bickering at each other because Rosette wants medicine to cure a demon Oopss, the cat is out of the bag - Episode 15-18 (not in order) Dufore joins the Magdalena foundation against Aion Rosette symbols began to appears This one is about Satella past when a demon stares at her younger self at her dead mother side, she gets kidnapped by a servant of Aion and he tells her the truth of the jewel witch massacre First fight of Rosette, Chrno and Dufore against members of Aion group Asmaria brings the gang to an amusement parc - Episode 19-21 Rosette reunites with her brother (well sort of) Asmaria captured and the ceremony of the apostle, Rosette ultimate transformation Past between Chrno and Mary Magdalena, Aion wants Chrno to kill her to begin their ideal world Rosette, the savior and the demise of the Magdalena foundation - Episode 22: Showdown between Satella and Fiora - Episode 23: Final Showdown with Aion - Episode 24: Final moments of Rosette and Chrno and the light of the new world To sum it up, Chrno Crusade was a very good series, plenty of actions, unpredictable events, 1920's scenery, girls with holy bullets guns (quite cool to see). Don't miss this one HIGHLY RECOMMANDED Extras: None 1 rst DVD, DVD'5 encoded with 4 episodes 2nd DVD, DVD'9 encoding with 9 episodes Cover: Chrno holding a sword and Rosette waving a gun in a dark scenery background Disk 3 cover: Chrno with goofy look Disk 4 cover: Rosette with a broom (???) Inside cover of Disk 3: Rosette with Joshua in his demon form, yellow/orange background Inside cover of Disk 4: Aion flying away with Rosette in her ultimate transformation (all dressed up in black)
