Video:
The video is good without any noticable pixelation on either disk
Audio:
Loud and clear for both the english and japanese language tracks
Subtitle:
The subtitles seemed to be a litte off at times, but it doesn't happen very often
Comment:
I must say that Ninja Scroll TV is one of the goriest anime shows. But it doesn't compare to the movie Also disk 1 seemed to skip on my PS2 but played fine on my DVD player. Disk 2 played well in both my PS2 and DVD player. As for the extras the should have added the Wicked City trailer instead of the one from Bio Hunter

Animation is still pretty on par with the original movie. The colors and shading and brightness are much lighter then the dark colors the movie displayed. overal the animation is very clean and crisp, though this series does suffer from pixilization in the latter part of the second disk
Audio:
Best part of this series, no complaints
Subtitle:
didn't have to much of a chance to check out but had no issues with what I saw
Comment:
This series is alot of the same as the movie. The series is fairly entertaining and keeps your attention and makes you want to keep watching episade after episode. I definately rank this as a must have for any anime colectors library.

The video was great. Almost no pixelation at all. It would've helped if fx divided the episodes equally between the two dvds.
Audio:
Great japanese audio. The english track is great but the voice over is not that good. I rather watch it in japanese.
Subtitle:
The subtitles are great. I didnt notice any grammar mistakes and they appear right on time. The white color can be a little difficult to read sometimes but is not a mayor problem.
Comment:
This looks like an R1 rip. Fx did a great job but they should've divided the episodes equally between the two dvds. This is a good saga, but the original movie is way much better. It's an entretaining saga but if you looking for something like the movie or out of the ordinary then this saga is not for you.

The whole set was flawless except for ONE error, and that was a quick freeze on episode 8. I dunno if it was my dvd player, but I was very disappointed that that certain error occured, other then that I still give the video a 5
Audio:
Perfect, it was nice and loud. It also played well on the surround sound that I have on my big screen.
Subtitle:
didn't have a chance to check the subs yet. When I do I'll give it a rating of my choice, but for now i'll just give it a 4.
Comment:
Ninja Scroll was really entertaining. It has lots of blood and fast action scenes. It even has its funny moments. The story in Ninja Scroll is very good, but the final episode kinda leaves you with some things unsaid, but this still gets a 5 for me.

4 episodes onthe first disc is very good. 9 episodes on the second disc suffers a bit as you can imagine. I thought it was a 6/7 split, but was surprised when I noticed only 4 episodes on the first disc.
Audio:
Very good 2.0/Jap/Eng 5.1 Eng.
Subtitle:
Good timing. No problems here.
Comment:
I was a big fan of the Ninja Scroll movie/Resurrection. This series is a bit of a let down in my opinion. I thought the series could of been done in 6 episodes. They threw in some episodes in the middle of the series with Jubei slaying some more monsters, not really anything to do with the story. Fast paced series, monster slaying in every episode of course. Overall a poor series, not really a recommend. Bad character design, some of the villains look so stupid and illogical it?s hard not to laugh. This show broke away from the original movie and is ridiculous and unbalanced. Even hardcore ninja fans might pass on this one.

In the 1st DVD (4 episodes) pratically flaswless. In the 2nd (that contains) 9 episodes i have to say that in the last 4/5 episodes in some high movement action there's some slight pixealation... however it's very small and you have to really look for it.
Audio:
Contains 3 audio tracks - Japanese 2.0 , English 2.0 and 5.1 . I noticed no problems wahtsoever, with these tracks (i tached the show in japanese)
Subtitle:
r1 rips. No missing lines as usual in FX

Appears to be a region 1 rip. The video quality for this series is quite good. The first disc contains four of the eps and the quality is excellent. The remaining nine are on the other disc and becuase of this there is a little pixelation in the high action sceens. Over all, another great set from fx.
Audio:
No problems with the audio, both the japanese and english. Alot of the VA's for this series can be reconized from Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust
Subtitle:
Region 1 rip: no misspelling or miscues, English subs only.
Comment:
The menu screens are pretty simple, and there are hardly any extras. Only urban vision movie trailers for Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust and BioHunter. Over all a good series, less serious than the movie, fast paced, and pretty much each and every episode Jubei fights ninjas from two different clans who are trying to take the dragon stone from him. The ninjas from the Kimone and Hiruko clans can be pretty silly at times. If your a fan of the movie you should enjoy this series, plenty of supernatural samurai action!
