Video:
All 13 episodes are good TV rip, no blurry scene. There are some minor pixellation ad grainy scene whenever the ghoul appear in an energy form or makes a energy waves but it doesn't appear often. The graphic are not clean and sharp as a DVD version (because it's a TV rip)
The graphic are exactly like the first divergence eve, ghpul design is awseome and some scene ressemble to the cutscene of Final Fantasy 7 from the Playstation 1, they didn't improve the graphic for Divergence Eve 2. Disappointing
Audio:
The opening "Kiss and Hugs" is a little childish to my taste, but the last 30 seconds of the song is way cool to hear.
The ending "Saura" is quite good also, better than Kiss and Hugs anyway
No problem found in the sound department

Comment:
Divergence Eve 2 was a better show than the first one
In the first two episodes, we see how Misaki was doing when she first join the military academy, HAHAHAHHAHAHA that was funny to see, she's a clutz so at the target practice, she shot everywhere in the place except for the target, she would stumble and drop the dinner plate in the process, during a team exercice, she would shoot her very own teammates. They talked about on how Misaki, Kiri
Luxandra and Suzanna meet each other, Kiri hated her from the start.
The next episode 3-8 focusses on Lyar trying tom rescue Misaki from the other universe a.k.a the ghoul universe, she travels in time like 1569, in the samurai era and 1745, the rebellion era to search for clues of Misaki whereabout. She encounter Misaki's other form DevilLady Ghoul. Lyar tries to save a confused Misaki's who doesn't know dreaming from reality
Episode 9-10 focusses on Misaki's parent, Juzoh and Alicia, their first encounter, Misaki's birth, the time Alicia dies and when Juzoh gets trapped in the watcher's nest.
Episode 11-12 is the final showdown with Jean-Claude Leblanc and his evil plot to take control of the entire universe
Episode 13 talkes about Lyar seeing the dead victim's family and a aged Lyar (who's promoted to Commander) searching for Misaki
The storyline might confuse a lot a people, you need to watch the first Divergence Eve but with the messed up storyline already, you might have a hard time understanding everything.
The thing that wasn't explained is how Jean-Claude Leblanc was brough back to life in the second one, he died in the first one from massive overdozed of information in his brain. That bothers me a lot (unless he was a android in the first one)
Divergence Eve 2 was mainly focussed on Sergeant Lyar in this one, I liked her a lot in the first one. Her mauno: "I won't die if I'm not married yet". Most of the personnel of Seraphim admired her especially Misaki, Luxandra, Kiri and Suzanna. Misaki trusted her the most so her virtual image appears from the Ghoul universe to their universe (confusing isn't it) to tell her crucial information on her whereabout. Misaki think she can change history by eliminating the Ghoul on where they first appeared in the earth. So whenever Lyar was time travelling, she always find a Ghoul in her path. The problem is she sometimes stumble on Misaki's Ghoul form, so Lyar doesn't know if it really is Misaki's or not. Like I said, the storyline is confusing on the second but less than the first. It's Lyar to Misaki's rescue anyway
There is a lot more fighting in the second, Lyar, Kiri and Suzanna faces many ghouls and Necromancers in their path, cool to see
Overall, I liked the second one better than the first, the storyline is still confusing, but a little easier to understand than the first one. This anime is more for the intellectual and for those that want hard riddle to solve. Divergence Eve 2 IS RECOMMANDED but you need to see the first one to understand the plot because you'll be lost in Episode 3.

Packaging: You see two Misaki's on it, one holding her gun and the other with her space suit, the DVD design have all differents pose of Misaki on it (different costumes also)
