Both DVD: High Quality TV rip, you noticed it right away when you see a black background and a vertical lines and some japanese symbol shadow are showned (it doesn't appear often). No pixellation found, there is a few grainy spot in some fighting scene but insignificant compared to the rest. I found a 2 seconds macroblocking on Episode 8 The graphic are pretty good, I really really liked the different outfits that Mikura wears during her mission. God, she's sexy in everything, a nurse outfit, a message parlor outfit ect.. Her best pose was naked with a rasberry between her big plump breast. Awseome shot but you only see it on the opening sequence The fighting scene were well choregraphed, a lot of stuff blows up, but the action is not as intense as the Mezzo Forte hentai
Audio:
The opening "Suki Mami Matai" by the Barnabys really rocks, the lyrics are almost non-stop for 1:30 minutes. I though it was Priss from Bubblegum Crisis 2040 who was signing the song. The ending song is okay, I didn't find any problem with the sound whatsoever.

Comment:
I though that Mezzo DSA the TV series was disappointing and boring Here's some of the cast of the show Mikura: a young but deadly girl, her orange DSA suit is a trademark for her when fighting the bad guys. She's always calm in situation and when the going gets tuff, watch out for her. She likes to wear sexy clothing when seducing criminals to fall for her trap. She's sometimes act childish but her fighting skill is top=notch. The pervert better keeps their hands off her or she'll beat the living hell out of you Harada: the spikey-yellow hair guy who has a crush on Mikura but doesn't have the guts to tell her. He loves working with machine and building androids. He got a reversed Z tatto on his right side of the face. He doesn't that Asami has a crush for him. He's willing to protect any girls at any cost. Kurosawa: the leader of the DSA. He talks like the guy with the hat and glasses in King of the Hill, he loves eating Udon Noodle, he tries to negotiate the price for the deal however, he doesn't get much in the end. Whenever he tells Mikura to do something she does the opposite, he has friends from high place so he tends to irritate the chief of police Asami: a shy girl who has a crush on Harada. She wants to become stronger like Mikura, she gets bullies by her classmate, she wants Mikura to train her to be like her. She's scared whenever a bad guy gets closed to her. I though Asami was a wasted of a character in this series, she ask Mikura to train her in Episode 3, she accepts but her training really start in EPISODE 12, I mean the series end at 13, she appear in every episode but they could at least make her like Mikura in the beginning. Both of them would be an awseome force to wreckon with but it never happens in this anime. What I liked about the DSA is that they lives in a modified 2 storied London Bus on TOP OF THE BARBERSHOP ROOF, talk about having an agency on the roof, way cool There are plenty of low-blows in it like in Episode 1, Mikura kicks a guy and they show nuts getting cracked. OUCH that's gotta hurt Not to many hilarious scene in it but every low-blow are fun to watch. How will the bad guys react to it. There are almost no real fighting scene in it like the ones that were on the Mezzo Forte hentai (except for the opening of Episode 1). I wish that had a put a better show (lots and lots of fighting like the hentai) but I was wrong, the scene last less than 2 minutes. Very disappointing in that area Most of the mission were boring and there were exaggerating at times like: Epiosde 1: a ghost - a dead woman wants peace between the guy who murder her and her lover Episode 2: a alien - a device that can flood the entire world Episode 4: a android - who's on the wrong side of he track Episode 8: A dead mummy where his face is covered with Emerald Episode 9: another ghost - a dead child wants DSA to find her real body in a old appartment building You'll see the rest for yourself, but just by writting it to you, the mission are not very interesting I mean they could have chosen better enemies than this like a terrorist who wants to blow a building or a plane or even likes the ones from Mezzo Forte hentai. Momoi was great as a villain in the hentai unfortunatly, none in the TV series are close to her, NONE OF THEM. Overall, I was expecting way more than this, the Mezzo Forte hentai was WAY BETTER THAN THIS, I wish the mission would be as entertaining than MF but it didn't happen, the main villain was boring and Asami's character was a wasted. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, it's not worth it. NOT RECOMMANDED AT ALL Extras: None, nada, Ziltch, Zero Packaging: Mikura in a fighting stance with a gun in both hand (and with her orange DSA costume like the Mezzo Forte hentai) with a ugly red-brown background on it. The DVD cover are Mikura and the gang in different pose in both of them. Every pictures in he backcover of the DVD are taken from the opening sequence ALL OF THEM including Mikura in very sexy pose and outfits, Rasberry anyone !!! 1rst DVD: 4 episodes DVD5's coding 2nd DVD: 9 episodes DVD9's coding
