Video was very good for the most part (I cheated and compared it to the R1 disc which I own), I only noticed some macroblocking in the dark scenes.

When I first got this 2 years ago I thought it totally kicked ass and took no prisoners then and still do now. It captures the dark gothic medival feeling that one assoiciates with vampires perfectly. It has the same lead character as the originial Vampire Hunter D but has a totally different feel to it.

the video is clear , but it stop from time to time. as when are you watching the movie and you are enjoying your time it cut some scenes or the secen stop moving.

the audio is great and the action an fights are 100% good >you can even here it when they breath :P(it's a joke) any way the voices are dolby digital so nothing wrong with them

this movie is awsome you should buy it and belive me you will love to see it over and over again and again

Well, the movie was done in english dub, so that is what I watched it in. The subtitles were good from a quick scan of it, however I don't know for sure if stays that way. The video is pretty good quality, however the sound was so-so (It only played on one of my speakers instead of two like all of the other animes do). Overall Video| 4.5/5 Audio| 4/5 subtitle| 5/5 *from what I saw*
