The video quality on this DVD is great and I found no problems.

The english audio is out of sync for most episodes, but the Japanese track is fine.

Comment:
I would say that this set would be good for the die hard collectors of English/Japanese audio anime. Otherwise look elsewhere. This was one of the first sets I bought, and indeed one of the worst. However, it's still a great set with extras to boot.
