Video:

This seems to be a VCD rip. The first and second disk are of good quality and video stays consistant for all the episodes. The third disk has slightly worse video than the first two disks and the quality of the video is not consistant.

Audio:

The audio seems to be perfect. No problems here.

Subtitle:

The subtitles have typos and grammer mistakes but you can still understand what is being said. The only problem is that "Square Enix" appears every once in a while. Also, the names are spelt the way they are said. Roy Mustang is Roi Mustanngu.
