Video:
A direct R1 rip, so pixelation and everything else is as good as it will get. You have to remember that Sailor Moon is a rather older show, so the animation isn't perfect, but none of this is the fault of AS. Or Pioneer, for that matter.
Audio:
Nice and clean. Japanese and English. One thing I noticed was that the english audio dub was identical to that of the VHS edited release, but with the original background music. This is fine for most people, but the American release had one really nice background music I liked, but apparently that is only on the VHS release.

Packaging:
It's what I guess is called a 'brick' case, where instead of a gatefold or three individual DVDs, it's just one oversized DVD case that holds all three discs.
The cover is very very very nice, and looks great. The spine is a little plain, and the back is fine.
One amusing thing is for my set (maybe not others), the discs are off. What I mean is, the disc with the cover for the Sailor Moon R movie actually has the Sailor Moon SuperS movie, and the disc with the SuperS cover is really R.
I think they just randomly put the cover on the disc, because it's labeled correctly (The R movie reads 'Disc 01' even though it shows the 3rd discs' picture) but the actual content is wrong. I was surprised to see the wrong movie playing when I put the disc in.
----------------
The movies were pretty good. I mainly got them for the nostalgia value (my old favorite show) and this set was a perfect 1:1 region 1 rip of the movie release.
If you want to see the movies, this is a safe bet.
