Just like MI box 1 and MI box 2 its a perfect FX rip, which is an almost perfect R1 rip. The video is every bit as good as the R1 Dvds appear to be.
Audio:
Both English and Japanese dubs are loud and clear, but in the later seasons they tend to swap voice actors for certain characters in the English dub, which is semi-annoying.
