Video quality is as good as it gets! The animation clearly shows a lot of improvement, whenever a new season comes to rise. Good stuff!
Audio:
The audio is good overall, even on the Japanese version. Even if I perfer Japanese with subs over the English dub, I was kinda impressed by Ranma's new English actor, Richard Cox. Now I know a lot of you guys don't like his voice, but in my opinion, he does sound okay. Hey! At least he sounds more like a guy this time! =) Other than that, the audio is just fine!

Aw crap! I can't believe THIS! I was enjoying the series until Disc 10 (the fifth disc) failed me at its fifth episode and beyond! The other discs that I didn't mention, work just fine. Oh well, I guess I can always ask one of my friends who owns the US release of the fourth season if I can view the ones that won't work on my set. But still though, there's gotta be a way to get those episodes to work on my computer. When I tried playing them on my InterVideo player, I was required to enter a password before I play them. Oh well, like I said, luckily I got some backup. =)

The video quality is great. When there are flashback scenes in season 1, you can clearly distinct on how much the art style, use of colors (resolution), design, and the animation in general just improve in such a short period of time.
Audio:
Well, as usual, the sound is audible, but this is when Ranma's voice is repalced by Richard Cox. I never really liked him as Ranma nor do I think he was ever able capable of pulling it off. Even in the flashback scenes to season 1 like when Ryouga first meets Ranma, they even use his voice and you can completley tell it's re-recorded once you comapre the acting.

Comment:
In disc 5 of my set, the last 4 episodes wouldn't work. There are some minor dust and scratch issues on the sides, so I may have to get a buffer or DVD clean that can hopefully fix the problem. Hope it's not a common problem with the other DVDs.

Video:
Video seems to be slightly better than the first box, with less ghosting and a slightly brighter looking picture. Overall the quality is very acceptable, and you will have no regrets buying this set.
Audio:
The dub tracks are great and from what I could tell on the japanese track was also good, but like the first set audio is stereo only.
