Video:
Not perfect, is has some film artifacts (white hair scratches) here and there, but that's to be expected on an old anime like this.
Only noticed about 2 seconds of pixellation at the start of one episode.
Audio:
Can't complain, Dolby 2.0 sound.
Wasn't really bothered about the lack of Japanese audio, but the option would have been nice.
It's only for 13 episodes the rest of the MAC sets have the Japanese track, so you can switch after that.

Comment:
The only thing that isn't listed in the item description is that on disc two it also has Dragonball Movie 1: Curse of the Blood Rubies, it's only 45 minutes long, but a nice addition.
The box itself is nice and detailed, standard gatefold style with plastic enclosure.
The front has collection of characters, the back has some screenshots and an episode listing.
Disc one has a drawing of goku with his powerpole fighting yamcha.
Disc two has a drawing of goku and the dragon.
Overall it's a nice set if you don't mind watching the dubbed version.
If you've watched DBZ before and wondered if Dragonball was any good, get this set and check it out, even if you don't like it, it's only $14.
