Chiho Mizumori, a widow who lost her husband more than a year ago, still think of her dead husband in her sleep however she developped some feelings toward Satoru Suzaki, a tennant from the same apartment building as her, who comforted her during her husband funeral. However, she not ready to start a relationship with another man just yet. Meanwhile, while Satoru was walking Konomi Momota, his brother daughter, he meets Kanae Kazuna, a young wife. she ask him a suggestion on a place to stay because she wants to move out. Later, while Chiho and Satoru were talking to each other, Kanae shows up and tells them that she\'s moving in the same apartment building as them and she will be the neighbor of Chiho.
